Each year Gledhill Nursery hires a number of new employees to work on
landscaping crews (landscape installation/construction work--we do not perform
lawn maintenance work) and in the garden center (retail sales, care of plant
stock, nursery grounds maintenance).

Landscaping crew foremen and crew workers:
The work is landscaping installation/construction (no lawn
maintenance), and applicants should be in excellent physical condition and prepared
to work in various weather conditions and handle heavy loads (e.g., large wheelbarrows
filled with soil or gravel). Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00
P.M. (40 hours per week, must be available full time), with a half-hour lunch

Opening: We are seeking a versatile, experienced person to join our garden
center team. Bring us your ambition and fresh new ideas! Retail/purchasing
background is required. Duties will include: merchandise displays, garden
center/gift shop purchasing, customer service. Data entry experience is helpful,
but willing to train the right candidate. Enjoy working in a friendly atmosphere
with many learning opportunities.
